SMS Messaging Terms

This page describes the SMS text messaging program operated by Triibu Marketing LLC under the brand name AutoMatch Leads. It is provided in accordance with CTIA messaging guidelines and A2P 10DLC carrier requirements.

Program Name

AutoMatch Leads SMS Program, operated by Triibu Marketing LLC (EIN on file with The Campaign Registry).

Program Description

AutoMatch Leads sends informational and transactional SMS messages to individuals who have submitted a vehicle inquiry form on an AutoMatch Leads landing page and have provided express written consent to receive text messages. Messages are strictly related to the specific vehicle purchase inquiry submitted by the consumer. This program does not send promotional blasts, unsolicited advertisements, or messages unrelated to a submitted inquiry.

How to Opt In

Participation in the AutoMatch Leads SMS program is entirely voluntary. To opt in, a consumer must:

  1. Visit an AutoMatch Leads landing page (e.g., automatchleads.com/[dealer-slug]).
  2. Complete the vehicle inquiry form.
  3. Actively check the SMS consent checkbox, which reads:
    “I agree to receive text messages from AutoMatch Leads on behalf of [Dealer Name] related to my inquiry. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
  4. Submit the form.

The checkbox is unchecked by default. Consumers who do not check the box may still submit their inquiry and will not receive SMS messages. Consent to SMS is never required to use the service.

Message Frequency

After opting in, consumers may receive up to 5 SMS messages per inquiry from AutoMatch Leads. Message frequency varies based on the status of your vehicle inquiry and your responses. We do not send recurring promotional messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Rates are determined by your mobile carrier and plan. Triibu Marketing LLC does not charge consumers for SMS messages. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of AutoMatch Leads SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. The following keywords are all recognized as opt-out commands:

Upon receipt of any opt-out keyword, you will receive one final confirmation message and then receive no further SMS messages from AutoMatch Leads. Your opt-out is processed immediately.

AutoMatch Leads SMS messages are delivered via major U.S. wireless carriers including but not limited to:

Carrier support and message delivery are not guaranteed. Triibu Marketing LLC is not liable for messages delayed or undelivered due to carrier network issues, filtering, or factors outside our control.

No Sharing of Phone Numbers

Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will never be shared with, sold to, or used by any third party for their own marketing or messaging programs. Your number may be transmitted to the relevant automotive dealership solely to facilitate follow-up on your vehicle inquiry, subject to that dealership's independent data practices and their contractual obligations to Triibu Marketing LLC.

Consent Is Not Required for Purchase

Opting in to receive SMS messages from AutoMatch Leads is never required as a condition of submitting a vehicle inquiry, receiving lead qualification services, or completing any transaction with an automotive dealership. Consumers who do not opt in will still have their inquiry processed and may be contacted by phone or email if provided.
