Triibu Marketing LLC(“Triibu,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website automatchleads.com and the lead generation platform marketed under the brand name AutoMatch Leads. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the personal information of individuals who interact with our platform (“Consumers” or “you”), as well as our obligations to the automotive dealerships and businesses (“Dealer Partners”) that use our services. By submitting a form on any AutoMatch Leads landing page, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

A. Information You Provide Directly

When you submit a form on any AutoMatch Leads landing page, we collect:

  • Full name
  • Mobile phone number
  • Email address
  • Vehicle preference (new or used, vehicle type)
  • Down payment range you are willing to provide
  • Whether you have an SSN or ITIN (we ask only whether you have one — we do not collect the number itself)
  • Intended purchase timeline
  • SMS consent status (whether you opted in to receive text messages)

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referring URL
  • Pages visited, time spent, and click behavior
  • Device identifiers

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics and site performance. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may be affected.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Lead qualification: To contact you by phone, SMS, or email to assess your interest in purchasing a vehicle and to qualify your intent, budget, and timeline.
  • Lead delivery: To transmit your qualified contact information and conversation context to the Dealer Partner whose landing page you submitted the form on.
  • SMS communications: If you have opted in, to send you text messages related to your vehicle inquiry (see Section 3 for full SMS terms).
  • Customer support: To respond to questions, complaints, or opt-out requests.
  • Analytics and improvement: To analyze how our landing pages and forms perform and to improve our services.
  • Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.

We do not use your personal information for unrelated marketing, nor do we sell your data to data brokers or third-party advertisers.

3. SMS / Text Message Program

This section contains mandatory disclosures required under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and carrier A2P 10DLC requirements.

A. Program Description

Triibu Marketing LLC, operating under the AutoMatch Leads brand, sends transactional and informational SMS messages to individuals who have submitted a lead form on an AutoMatch Leads landing page and provided express written consent to receive such messages. Messages are related solely to the vehicle inquiry submitted by the consumer. We do not send promotional blasts or marketing messages unrelated to the specific inquiry.

B. How Consent Is Obtained

SMS consent is obtained exclusively through an unchecked, optional checkbox displayed on each AutoMatch Leads lead capture form. The checkbox reads, in substance:

“I agree to receive text messages from Triibu Marketing on behalf of [Dealer Name] related to my inquiry. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

Consumers are neverpre-enrolled in SMS. Leaving the checkbox unchecked does not prevent form submission or affect the consumer's ability to receive a call-based follow-up. Consent for SMS is separate and distinct from any other form field.

C. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the status of your inquiry. After initial contact, you may receive up to 5 messages per inquiry related to your vehicle search. We do not send recurring promotional messages.

D. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Triibu Marketing LLC does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

E. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message sent from AutoMatch Leads. Upon receipt of STOP, we will immediately remove you from our messaging list and send a single confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS messages after opting out.

F. Help Instructions

Reply HELP to any AutoMatch Leads SMS message to receive assistance. You may also contact us directly at legal@triibumarketing.com or call [support number — add when GHL number is purchased].

G. Supported Carriers

AutoMatch Leads SMS messages are delivered through major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier support may vary. Neither Triibu Marketing LLC nor AutoMatch Leads is liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.

H. No Sharing of SMS Consent

Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes and any SMS opt-in consent records are never shared with third parties for their own marketing or messaging purposes. Your phone number may be transmitted to the relevant Dealer Partner solely to facilitate direct follow-up regarding your vehicle inquiry, but the Dealer Partner is prohibited from using your number for unrelated communications.

I. Consent Not Required for Purchase

You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of receiving services, submitting a lead inquiry, or completing any transaction with a Dealer Partner.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Dealer Partners:

    We transmit your qualified lead information — including your name, phone number, email, vehicle preference, budget range, and conversation history — to the specific Dealer Partner whose landing page you used. This is the core purpose of our service and is disclosed to you at the time of form submission.

  • Service Providers:

    We use third-party service providers to operate our platform, including CRM software (GoHighLevel), SMS delivery infrastructure, email delivery, and web analytics. These providers access your information only to perform services on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

  • Legal Requirements:

    We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Triibu Marketing LLC, our users, or the public.

  • Business Transfers:

    If Triibu Marketing LLC undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you by updating this Privacy Policy and, where required by law, by email.

5. Our Relationship With Dealer Partners

Triibu Marketing LLC provides lead generation and qualification services to automotive dealerships and related businesses (“Dealer Partners”) under commercial service agreements. Dealer Partners pay Triibu Marketing LLC a monthly fee for these professional services.

Triibu Marketing LLC retains full responsibility for the collection, handling, and initial processing of Consumer data. Once a qualified lead is delivered to a Dealer Partner, the Dealer Partner becomes an independent data controller with respect to their own follow-up communications and record-keeping.

Dealer Partners are required by contract to use Consumer data solely for the purpose of following up on the specific vehicle inquiry submitted and to comply with all applicable privacy laws, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act. Triibu Marketing LLCis not responsible for the Dealer Partner's independent communications or data practices after lead delivery.

6. Data Retention

We retain Consumer personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. General retention guidelines:

  • Lead records and form submissions: Retained for up to 24 months from submission date, or until deletion is requested, whichever comes first.
  • SMS consent records: Retained for a minimum of 4 years from the date consent was obtained, as required for TCPA compliance purposes.
  • Opt-out records: Retained indefinitely to ensure we do not re-contact individuals who have opted out.
  • Analytics and server logs: Retained for up to 12 months.

7. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. These include encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), access controls, and vendor security assessments.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. 8. Your Rights and Choices

Regardless of your state of residence, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • Right to Know: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal retention obligations.
  • Right to Opt Out of SMS: Reply STOP to any message to immediately opt out of SMS communications.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not deny you services, charge you a higher price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised any privacy right.

9. California Residents — CCPA / CPRA

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

  • Right to Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you.
  • Right to Delete personal information we have collected, subject to exceptions.
  • Right to Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. We collect limited sensitive data (SSN/ITIN status — not the number itself). You may request we limit its use.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights.

Categories of personal information collected: Identifiers (name, email, phone), commercial information (vehicle preferences, purchase intent), and inferences (lead qualification score).

Business or commercial purpose for collection: Lead generation and qualification services for automotive dealers.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended solely for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. 11. TCPA Compliance

Triibu Marketing LLC is committed to full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and all FCC regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • We obtain prior express written consent before sending any marketing or informational text messages.
  • We maintain records of all SMS opt-in consents, including the date, time, IP address, and exact consent language presented to the consumer.
  • We honor all STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT keywords as opt-out commands.
  • We do not use automatic telephone dialing systems (ATDS) to contact individuals who have not provided prior express written consent.
  • We do not contact numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry for marketing purposes.
  • All messages include identification of AutoMatch Leads and Triibu Marketing LLC as the sending entity.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or business operations. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where required by law, provide additional notice (such as an email notification or a banner on our website).

Your continued use of AutoMatch Leads services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
